Animal Paragraphs: Scorpion

The most of people have fear and loathing of this interesting arachnid, maybe because of its dangerous and lethal poison or its pincers and sting. Instead of them I think that scorpions are fascinating animals and I’m going to explain why:

First of all, they are very adaptable (they can live in high or low temperature environments, like desertsor cold areas in Europe), and they are present in every continent except Antartida. Some scientific records estimate them existence for over than 400 million years and these records also estimate about 1600 species and subspecies distributed all over the world.

Another thing about this fantastic creature that impress me very much, is its ability to survive with only 10% of food it needs, which makes it possible to live about one year without food and just a little of water.

And for last but not the least, I think its body structure is very impressive and far from being disgusting. You can see what I’m talking about below.
